摘    要:在AS 4A阴离子色谱柱上,研究了高浓度Cl-对NO-2和NO-3测定的影响.提出了在高浓度基体中,同时存在自身洗脱效应和在线流动相变化两种洗脱机理.当基体与待测离子色谱峰发生重叠时,基体在抑制器处所交换的H+使部分弱酸型阴离子NO-2分子化,定量测定产生偏差,而对强酸型阴离子NO-3的定量测定没有影响.

Study on the determination of NO-3 and NO-2 in the high concentration of Cl- matrices by ion chromatography
Abstract:The separation and determination of trace NO - 3 and NO - 2 have been investigated on AS 4A analytical column by ion chromatography. In the presence of high concentration of chloride, the effects of chloride on the retention and separation are studied. They are eluted by both self-elution effect and on-column change of the eluent. When the peak of chloride overlapps with NO - 3 and NO - 2, the accumulation of H which occurs on the surface of the suppressor can cause the formation of HNO 2. The result of NO - 2 has some deviation. But it has no effect on NO - 3.
