| 摘 要： | 旅游卫星账户(TSA)是目前公认的测度旅游就业量的最为科学的方法,原因在于其基于OECD就业模型从旅游的供给与需求相结合的角度出发来测度旅游就业。设定测量旅游就业的产业技术假设,并结合相关文献详细介绍了建立TSA方法框架的五个具体步骤,从而为测算区域旅游就业贡献率奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | Tourism Satellite Account(TSA) has been recognized as the most scientific method for measuring the employment of the tourist industry.The reason is that it is based on the OECD employment in the tourist industry mode and combines the need and the supply in the tourist industry together.This article proposes a hypothesis on measuring the employment of tourisy industry and introduces five steps to establish the TSA frame. |
