| 摘 要： | 投资公司在私营工商业的社会主义改造过程中扮演了重要角色。它们通过投资业务和资产重组逐步掌握被投资单位的股权，履行投资者权利，主导被投资单位的经营管理，成为政府运用经济机制推进公私合营的助手。投资公司本身又是社会主义改造的对象，处于政府直接领导之下，其股权的变动体现了公私合营程度的变化。

| Abstract: | The investment company has acted an important role in the socialist reform of privately owned industrial and commercial enterprises.They are the assistants of the governments to push forward the joint state-private ownership,by the share holding of the investor who operate the investment business and assets reorganization.On the other hand,the investment companies are the objects of socialist reforms,whose share holding alteration has embodied the changes of state-private joint ownership degree. |
