| 摘 要： | 党的十七大第一次把反腐倡廉建设确定为党的建设一项基本任务,这是对党的建设规律认识的深化,是党的建设理论的重大创新,是对反腐倡廉地位和作用的重要提升。在新形势下如何构建具有高校特点的反腐倡廉建设长效机制是一个值得认真思考的问题。当前,要紧紧抓住教育、制度、监督三个关键环节,建立起反腐倡廉建设的长效机制,确保高校党风廉政建设和反腐败工作整体推进。

| Abstract: | The 17th National Congress of the CPC confirmed the establishment of anti-corruption mechanism as a fundamental task of the Paryt construction for the first time,which is a deepened comprehension and theoretical innovation of the laws of the Party construction,as well as an important promotion of the status and function of anti-corruption.It is a problem worth serious consideration how to establish university-specific long-term anti-corruption mechanism under the new circumstance.Currently,in order to insure the advancement of discipline inspection and anti-corruption,it is suggested to hold fast to education,system and supervision and establish long-term anti-corruption mechanism. |
