| 摘 要： | 农业问题是我国各项经济发展工作之中的首要问题。在我国加入世贸组织后，受到冲击最大的农业离不开国家政策的支持。因此，我们应该运用好WTO《农业协定》中的相关规则，结合我国农业存在的实际问题，制订一部《农业国内支持法》来强化对农业的国内支持，增强我国农业的国际竞争力。

| Abstract: | The issue of agriculture is of top priority to China's economy.It is necessary to reform domestic agricultural policies as China's entry into the WTO has brought about apparent impact on its agriculture.An Agriculture Domestic Support Law should be made in accordance with the rules of Agriculture Agreement 1994 and the practical situation in Chinese agriculture so that the international competitiveness of China's agricultural products will be increased. |
