美国大学的创业教育及其对中国高校的启示

创业教育的意义,在于培育全社会的创业文化认同,推崇创新精神,锻造企业家素质。美国创业教育有六个特征:层次多,面向广;渐成独立、有渗透力学科;课程体系完整;教育手段多样;师资实践经历丰富;教育资金来源渠道多样等。我国大学开展创业教育的着眼点:一要面向各学科学生;二要将创业课程有机融入各学科的专业课程体系中,使创业活动拥有行业技术依托;三要引导具有创业实践经历的人员加入创业教育师资队伍;四要争取多渠道资金支持和政策支持。

Entrepreneurship Education in the US Universities and its Enlightenment to China's Universities

The significance of entrepreneurship education lies in its cultivating in the society the identity of entrepreneurial cultrue,worship of innovative spirit,and tempering of the qualities of an entrepreneur.In the US,entrepreneurship education has six characteristics：being multigraded and wide-field;becoming an independent and interdisciplinery subject;having an integrated curriculum;with varied teaching approaches;having experienced faculties;and with varied sourses of education funds.Its enlightenment to our entrepreneurial education is that：it should target at the students in various subjects,and get integrated with the curriculum of specialized courses in other subjects,so as to base entrepreneurial activities on professional technology;it should invite those personnel with rich experiences to join in the faculties and win more financial and policy support.
