| 摘 要： | 目前,我国研究生教育缺乏激励机制,公共资源配置未得到合理优化,因此必须推行以研究生教育收费改革为核心的研究生培养机制改革。针对目前存在的问题,各高校应制定合理的研究生教育收费机制,引入收费市场调节机制,完善导师资助制,构建健全的研究生教育资助体系。

| Abstract: | In this article,the necessity of reform in postgraduate education charge is discussed in respect to the lack of stimulation mechanism for postgraduate education and the failure of properly optimizing public resource distribution.In dealing with the problems,colleges should institute rational charging mechanism for postgraduate education and introduce market regulation mechanism to improve the tutor-subsidizng system and construct sound subsidizing system for postgraduate education. |
