浅析高校青年教师师德师风建设

国运兴衰系于教育;学校兴衰系于教师;教师素质重在师德。师德师风建设的最终目的,在于提高教育质量,培养优秀人才。新形势下,针对高校师德师风建设过程中体现出的职业认同感低、工作压力大、制度不完善等问题,首先要引导教师树立良好的职业心态,调节心理压力,并不断完善师德师风建设的法律、道德和工作制度,力求通过教师自身和政策层面的努力,推进高校青年教师师德师风建设。

Briefly on the Building of Young Teachers' Professional Ethics and Teaching Style in Colleges and Universities

The rise and fall of a country has much to do with education,while the rise and fall of a school depends much on the teacher;the quality of teachers should focus on professional ethics.The final purpose of teachers＇ moral construction is to improve the quality of education and cultivate talents.In the new situation,the poor identity of occupation,heavy work pressure and imperfect system,all exposed in the building of teachers＇ professional ethics in colleges and universities,call for proper guidance to help teachers establish better occupational mentality,adjustment of their mental pressure and improvement of the legal,moral and working systems concerning the building of teachers＇ professional morality and teaching style,so that the building of morality and teaching style can be promoted with the conscious efforts of the teachers themselves and the policy-makers.
