摘    要:在高校管理中,对学生的共性制约过多,必然会扼杀或者抑制学生的个性发展,形成僵化的管理模式,这样就会使学校失去活力,难以发展,培养高素质人才将会成为一句空话。要发展学生个性,就要减少过多的不必要的共性制约。第一,要形成开放式的学生管理模式;第二,要强化学生社团的建设与活动;第三,要注重学生参与社会实践。

Abstract:In college management, excessive common restriction to students will inevitably smother or restrain students' development of personality and forms rigid management mode so that the college loses vigor to develop that makes training high-qualified talents an empty talk .Developing students' personality needs to decrease excessive and unnecessary common restriction by, firstly forming opening mode of students' management, secondly strengthening the establishment and activity of students' association, thirdly emphasising students' participanting social practice.
