摘    要:先秦儒家主张教育应当培养受教育者形成仁道理想、独立意志、自强不息的奋进精神和真、善、美统一的人格 ,而受教育者理想人格的培养则主要是通过反求诸己、情感体验、主体实践、自我超越来实现。先秦儒家的人格教育思想对我国当代德育建设具有重要的启示

Abstract:the Earlier Qin Confucianists announces that education should cultivate educatee's personality which includes moral ideal,independent will,indomitable improvement spirit,and the unit of the true,the good,and the beautiful.The ideal personality of educatee's mainly depends on educatee'turning to themselves conversely,passionate experience,subject pracice,and sunpanssing perceptual self.The thought of the Earlier Qin Confucianisits'personality education gives a good deal of enlighenment to our country's moral education development of our time.
