| 摘 要： | 《孔子家语》是一部研究孔子生平思想的重要典籍，但由于长期被疑为“伪书”而没有得到充分研究。以意义、见次频率、语法结构等标准对《孔子家语》中的复音词作穷尽性调查分析并将其与先秦其他典籍的复音词作比较后可以发现，《孔子家语》中的复音词在数量比例和构词方式上都表现出典型的战国晚期特点，其成书年代当不晚于西汉，而不可能是三国时期王肃所伪造的。鉴于其在汉语词汇发展史上处于承前启后的重要阶段，学界对其语料价值应予以充分重视。
