“两个必然”理论（即资本主义必然灭亡，社会主义必然胜利）是共产党宣言的核心思想，构成了马克思恩格斯全部著作的纲领，是理解什么是马克思主义的关键。20世纪社会主义经历的已太多，从无到有，再到苏联的解体、东欧剧变。我们应该如何正确而全面理解“两个必然”的理论，又该如何认识世界社会主义的前途与命运？历史可能步履蹒跚，但前进的步伐永远不会停止!“两个必然”是永放光芒的真理!

Understanding of the Theory about "Two Certains"

The theory about ＂two certains＂, namely, capitalism is certain to perish and socialism is certain to succeed,is the key part of Communist Manifesto;it constitutes the programme of all the works by Marx and Engels,functioning as the key to the understanding of what Marxism is. The 20th century has witnessed too much ,from nothingness to existence, from the crumblingness of Soviet Union to the dramatic change of East Europe. How are we to understand, in a reasonable and over-all way,the theory of ＂two certains＂？ And how are we to expect the future and fate of socialism in the world？ History may hobble along, but nothing can stop its progress! The theory of ＂two certains＂ is , surely,an everlasting truth.
