The Political Enterprises of China :An Analysis of Their Ethical Pattern

The ethical pattern of the political enterprises of China,as the ethical pattern of the state-owned enterprises of the era of planned economy,played an extremely important part in and had a significant impact on the economic development and social progress.The formation of this pattern,on the one hand,was based on that the institutional stipulations imposed by the government on the enterprises determined the ethical choice of the enterprises and on the other hand,the legal establishment of the working class's status of the masters of society and this class's firm heart-felt belief in communism forcefully influenced the ethical orientation of the workers and staff.A dialectical analysis of this pattern is not only beneficial to the objective understanding of the process of the economic development of China but also supplies positive and negative experience for the individualized building of corporate ethics and the well-balanced development of economy and society under the market economy.
