高校顾客满意与顾客感知关系研究

摘    要:本文通过对顾客满意与顾客感知理念的发展及特点进行回顾,结合实际工作经验,并根据美国顾客满意度(ACSI)模型,提出高校顾客满意度的典型特点,同时建构高校满意度测试模式。

Abstract:The article puts forward typical features of customer satisfaction in college and university by reviewing the development of customer satisfaction,customer perception and their characteristics,and author's work experience.It further proposed a model for testing customer satisfaction in colleges and universities.
