| Abstract: | Along with the development of socialist market oriented economy, to transform the government function is an urgent need.In order to realize this transformation, we should recognize its significance and find the correct position of the government function. Meanwhile,we should properly handle a series of relations such as the government intervention and market regulation,government administration and enterprise behavior,government function and the action of the institution and the social medium organiation, the higher level government and the lower level government. |
