An exploration of the legal system by the Chinese Communist Party before the new China

During the period of the new democratic revolution before the new China was founded,the Chinese Communist Party had been practicing her legal institutions,forming her jurisprudential ideas that all the people in China are equal in legal and political status,that legal institutions should embody the uniformity between social classes and humanity,that the new democratic constitutionalism shall be executed,that the fake constitution and legal system should be abolished,that relationships between the Party and the law,and those between democracy and legal systems should be properly handled,etc.All the above-mentioned legal experiments have helped to accumulate experience and laid the foundation for the development of new China's legal system.
