| 摘 要： | 高校思想政治教育是一项系统工程 ,它主要包括目标体系、组织机构管理体系、内容体系、原则和方法体系和环境体系共五大系统。整个思想政治教育五大系统的有序运转对高校培养具有创新精神和实践才能的高素质人才 ,开创高校思想政治工作的新局面具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Higher academic political education is a systematic engineering project.It contains five systems such as goal systems,organization management system ,content systems,rule and method system and environment system.The orderly operation of the five systems as a whole is very important for universities to train qualified personel with innovation spirit and practical ability and start a new prospect of political work in university. |
