| 摘 要： | 我国民族区域自治概念的提出和制度的确立,显示了中央政府在回应国内民族利益诉求、保证国内各民族群体的政治参与和经济文化利益时的战略理性。实践证明,在社会主义条件下,民族区域自治制度是有效确立政治合法性和国家认同感的制度保障,是不容动摇的。
