摘    要:多效唑(Paclobutrazol,简称PP)是近年来研究和应用较多的一种新型、高效、广谱的植物生长延缓剂.本实验表明,它在较高浓度(>5ppm)下能延缓烟草愈伤组织的生长,并抑制其分化;但在低浓度(0.1~2.5ppm)下却能促进烟草愈伤组织的分化.低浓度多效唑的应用,对于欲通过组织培养以快速获得试管苗的实验来说,无疑是一个可以尝试的方法.本文同时就新型植物激素——油菜素内酯(Brassino-lide,简称BR),对烟草愈伤组织的生长和分化的效应进行了探索.结果表明,油菜素内酯对促分化无明显的效应,而且其在组织培养中的应用浓度不能超过0.01ppm,否则,将严重抑制愈伤组织的生长,并对组织细胞产生不利作用.

Abstract:Paclobutrazol, a highly effective new-type plant growth retardant much studied and used recently, can promote the differentiation of nicotiana callus at low density of concentration(0.1-2.5 ppm); but at high density of concentration (5 ppm above) it can slow down the growth of callus as well as suppress its differentiation.it is no doubt a method worth trying out to use paclobutrazol of low density of concentration in the experiment which intends to get test tube seeding quickly by tissue culture. At the same time the paper studies the effects of new-type plant hormone-brassino lide on the growth and differentiation of callus. The result shows that brassinolide has no promoting effects on differentiation;and the functioning density of concentration of brassinolide in tissue culture must not exceed 0.01 ppm, otherwise it will seriously suppress the growing of callus.
