| 摘 要： | 全球化是世界每个国家、每个民族都无法回避的客观趋势,它给文化界带来的一个重大影响就是引起了多元文化不断地冲突与整合,整合的结果应是多元文化的趋同趋势,时代的任务就是对多元文化及其冲突进行整合,整合的方法应遵循"和而不同"的文化观念.

| Abstract: | The late years of the 20th century saw the globalization of economy and its major consequence in cultural circles of constant resembling and assimilating between cultures of a pluralistic society. Thus, people have to confront cultural clashes and conformity. The task for now is to systematize the cultures and their clashes in a pluralistic society under the guidance of the cultural concept of"Harmonious Individuality". |
