高等教育投资主体多元化问题试论

我国高等教育长期处于办学主体和投资主体单一的体制下 ,社会力量被排斥于办学和投资主体之外 ,产生了诸多问题 ,如 :办学效益、办学水平低下 ,学校经费严重不足 ,高等教育发展缓慢 ,无法满足社会经济建设和群众对于高等教育的需求。随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立 ,社会力量参与办学已经成为高等教育发展的动力之一

On Diversification in Investment Bodies of Higher Education

Higher education in China has long been under the system of unitary body of running and investing a school. And social power is denied, which causes such problems as defficiency and low level of school running, lack of funds as well as slow development of higher education. All these factors prevent higher education from satisfying the demand of both the public and the social economic development. With the establishment of socialist market economy , social power involved in school running has become one of the motive forces in the development of higher education.
