| 摘 要： | 市、县、区科技工作是我国科技工作的重要基础 ,是推动地方经济和社会发展的核心动力。开展市、县、区科技进步考核工作 ,必须明确其考核目的、内容 ,确定和设计考核原则 ,构建相应的考核指标体系 ,设计相应的考核工作步骤和计分方法。

A study on check indexes and scoring method for science and technology progress |

| Abstract: | In this paper,the objective and content of the science and technology progress check of city,county and district in China is determined first.Then,the design principle of the check indexes is analyzed,and the framework of the check indexes is put forward.Furthermore,the scoring method for the check is propsed according to the characteristics of the science and technology progress check of city,county and district in China.The check indexes and method discussed in this paper have been applied all over the China and proved effective. |
