保护世界遗产的新平台

截止 1 999年底 ,全世界 1 4 9个《保护世界文化和自然遗产公约》的缔约国已有 631处遗产被列入《世界遗产名录》,其中我国已有 2 3处遗产被联合国教科文组织列入《世界遗产名录》。我国的世界遗产仅占全世界遗产名录的 3.6% ,这与我国五千年的灿烂文化和崇高的国际地位是很不相称的。我国还将有也应有不少项目有待申报。而申报和管理世界遗产的工作是一项复杂的系统工程 ,很有必要作一次系统的介绍和总结。这就是撰写本文的目的

On the Protection of the World Heritage

The number of granted world famous heritage in China only accounts for 3.6% in the List of World Famous Heritage, which is not a good phenomenon to a country with a culture of 5000 years and a high international status. There are many potential items to be applied as world famous heritage. This paper attempts to give a systematic introduction and summary of the application, protection and management of the world famous heritage in China.
