多西他赛联合希罗达治疗复发转移性乳腺癌的临床观察

目的研究国产多西他赛联合希罗达治疗复发转移性乳腺癌的疗效及毒副反应。方法对25例复发转移性乳腺癌患者采用国产多西他赛联合希罗达治疗，多西他赛70mg／m^2，希罗达1000mg／m^2，口服，每天2次，第一天至第十四天给予。每3N为一个周期，至少两个周期。结果25例患者治疗后，完全缓解（CR）3例（12％）、部分缓解（PR）13例（52．0％）、稳定（SD）7例（28．0％）、进展（PD）2例（8．0％），总有效率（CR＋PR）16例（64％），肿瘤控制率（CR＋PR＋SD）23例（92％）。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制，其中Ⅲ-Ⅳ度自细胞减少占16％。Ⅰ-Ⅱ级毒副反应主要为手足综合症、恶心呕吐、腹泻、肝功能损害、口腔炎，均可耐受。结论国产多西他赛联合希罗达治疗复发转移性乳腺癌疗效可，毒副反应可耐受。

Clinical Research of Docetaxel Combined with Xeloda in the Treatment of Metastatic Breast Cancer

Objective To research the efficacy and toxicity of docetaxel combined with Xeloda in the treatment of meta- static Breast Cancer. Methods 25 patients with metastatic Breast Cancer were treated with Docetaxel and Xeloda combina- tion regimen.Docetaxel 70 mg / m2,ivgtt,d1;Xeloda was given at a dose of 1000 mg / m2,bid,for two weeks followed by one week rest as one cycle,at least for two cycles. Results Among these 25 patients,there was 3 complete response(12%),Rates of partial response 13(52.0%),stable disease 7(28.0%),progressive disease 2(8.0%),and clinical benefit response(CR PR) 16(64%),the tumor control rate (CR PR SD) was 23 (92%). The main toxic reactions were myelosuppression,grade-3 and 4 adverse events including leucopenia 16%. Most common grade-1and 2 adverse events were hand-foot syndrome, nausea and vomitting,diarrhea,liver dysfunction,oral mucositis,and were tolerable.Conclusion Good clinical efficacy were achieved in the therapy of metastatic breast cancer with docetaxel and xeloda combination regimen and toxic reaction were tolerable.
