嵌入与互助：三线建设中工农关系的微观审视

20世纪60年代，绵阳成为四川三线建设的重镇。进驻绵阳的三线企业和科研院所带动了当地农业基础设施的完善和农业技术的进步，促进了农村集体经济和卫生文化事业的发展，给农民的日常生活带来了新变化。与此同时，广大农民掀起了支援三线建设的热潮，在参加基本建设、生产地方性建材、保障蔬菜供应等方面出力颇多。三线建设中的工农关系尽管存在矛盾，但在各方的共同努力下，问题得到解决，偏差得以纠正。工农互惠关系的构建为推进西部地区工业化及战略大后方建设提供了有力支撑，给处理新时期的工农、城乡关系提供了历史启示。

Embedment and Mutual Assistance: a Microscopic Scan on the Relationship between Industry and Agriculture in the Three Line Construction

In the 1960s, Mianyang became a center of the third line construction in Sichuan province. The third-line corporations and scientific research institutions were moved into Mianyang, which have improved the agricultural infrastructure and technology, enhanced collective economy and promoted the health and culture work in the local rural areas, and have brought changes to the daily life of the local people. At the same time, a large number of farmers set off the climax of supporting the third-line construction, they have done a lot of work in the basic construction, building materials production, vegetable supply and so on. Although there are contradictions between industry and agriculture in the third-line construction, under the joint efforts of all parties, the problems were solved and the deviation corrected. The construction of reciprocal relationship between industry and agriculture provided a strong support for the development of industrialization and strategic rear construction in Chinese western areas, and offered a historical inspiration to handle the industrial and agricultural, urban and rural relationships in the new period.
