| 摘 要： | 近代上海租界是列强攫取并实施殖民管理的区域。上海租界初期随着人口的高速增加 ,获得了巨大的发展 ,其中房地产的发展就是非常重要的内容。许多外国人或富有的华人在其发展中获得了巨大的收益 ,同时 ,这种房地产的发展也对近代上海城市的发展在相当的历史时期内产生了巨大的影响

| Abstract: | The concession of modern Shanghai was seized and put under colonial rules by imperialist powers. The concession got a remarkable development at its beginning with the increasing of population, which involves the development of real estate. Though many of foreigners and rich Chinese made a lot of money from that business illegally, the development of the real estate in modern Shanghai had a great influence upon the development of the city for a long time. |
