| 摘 要： | 罪犯是一个特殊、复杂的群体。危顽犯更是特征明显，如同安放在我们身边的一颗颗定时炸弹，严重干扰、破坏正常的监管改造秩序。因此，妥善解决该难题，拔掉这颗毒牙，成为我们监管改造者调研工作的重中之重。

| Abstract: | Prisoners are a special and complicated group.Dangerous and stubborn prisoners have obvious characters. They are mueh like time bombs beside us, and heavily disturb and harm normal order of supervising and transforming prisoners. So to solve this problem, that is to say,to pull out the poisonous tooth,is a key point of the work of supervision and study of the people who supervise and transform the prisoners. |
