| 摘 要： | 非正式支持是应对老龄问题的重要方式。随着北京市人口老龄化发展和老龄问题的变化 ,非正式支持的作用会越来越大。本文首先分析了北京市老龄问题的新变化及其对非正式支持的需求 ,接着分析了非正式支持的经济补充作用、情感和照料的主导作用 ,最后提出了强化非正式支持的对策建议

| Abstract: | Along with the development of the aging problem in Beijing, informal support will play a high important role. The paper analysed the change of Beijing aging problem and its demand for informal support and the concrete effects of informal support,then put forward some suggestions on strengthening informal support. |
