| 摘 要： | 新闻自由即是新闻权,其性质是权利而非权力。新闻权是现代民主社会的一项重要权利,具有特殊性、多样性、专业性和综合性等特征。确立新闻权对我国人性的尊重、民主的弘扬、法制的完善具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Freedom of the press is the very right of the press,which is in nature a right rather than a power.It is,in modern democratic society,an important right with such characteristics as being special,diverse,professional and comprehensive.To confirm the right of the press is of great significance in China to the esteem of human rights,the promotion of democracy and the perfection of the legal system. |
