| 摘 要： | 儒家的专制理论，并不是宋儒改造以后的产物，而是与，生俱来的，它主要体现在儒学实践主体的垄断性，实践目标的自我逆反性，文化观念的排他性，历史视野的倒退性这四个方面，其出发点是维护等级制度，这与现代民主追求的平等自由意识，独立人格完全是背道而驰的，儒学专制因素并不具有自身的现代性。
