| 摘 要： | 市场经济是迄今为止最为高效的经济运行方式.然而,隐藏在这种高效、活力背后的危机--道德缺陷却被人们忽视.政府具有"经济人"特征,使得其在干预经济中面临着自身难以解决的道德危机.力图从道德层面出发,揭示市场调节和政府干预相互介入的必要性,从而追求市场经济下道德(即公正)与效率的二者兼得.
