| 摘 要： | 中国农村经济发展缓慢、农业产业结构的不合理、农民收入增长困难,尤其加入WTO后,对我国农村、农业更是一把“双刃剑”。应对所有的挑战,唯有按照农村产业结构调整、农业产业结构调整的方向,持之以恒地开发农村人力资源,才是惟一的正确选择。本文立足中国农村、农业实际,为从根本上解决“三农”问题提出适当的对策建议和具体措施。

| Abstract: | In the countryside of China, slow economic development and unreasonable structure of agriculture are the present situation. It becomes more difficult to increase the income of farmers, especially, after entering WTO. Facing all challenges, we should stick to the development of human resources. This article, based on all phenomena in China today, puts forward some suggestions and reasonable measures to solve the problem in the country. |
