| 摘 要： | 在陕甘宁边区党委和政府的努力下，陕甘宁边区在党的秘密文件、电讯、档案的保护（即文档保密），党的组织安全保护，保卫性保密等三个方面的秘密工作取得了卓越的成效。陕甘宁边区的秘密工作在中国共产党秘密工作史中具有极其重要的历史地位。

| Abstract: | With the arduous of efforts all levels Party committees and governments, confidential documents in （in- cluding the Party＇s secret documents, telecommunications, the protection of the file）, the party＇s security organizations, protecting the confidentiality of the secret work of the Shaanxi - Gansu- Ningxia Border Region, achieved excellent results. The secret work of Shaanxi - Gansu - Ningxia Border Region is extremely important in the history of the CPC＇s secret work. |
