基于城乡统筹的中心镇与新农村协调发展研究

中心镇作为新型城镇化战略的重要组成部分，是缩小城乡差距的关键节点。新农村是承载农业现代化的重要基地，是我国城镇化战略的有力补充。中心镇和新农村分别作为现阶段小城镇和农村发展的“两极”，两者协调发展对促进城乡一体化，意义重大。基于此，对中心镇与新农村协调发展进行理论和实证研究，分析中心镇与新农村协调发展中存在的问题，并根据出现的问题提出合理性建议。

Coordinated Development Research on Central Town Integrated by City and Country and New Villages

As the main part of the new urbanization strategy, central town is the key point of reducing the gap between city and county.New village, as important base for the modernization of agriculture, is the powerful supplement for the strategy.As two extremes, it is meaningful to integrate the central town and the new village for development.Based on the above mentioned, the theoretic and empirical research on them, the analysis on the problems existed, and also the orienta-tion and the future of the development will guide the full policy, because by which, the reasonable suggestions will be pro-posed by the problems and the whole planning.
