| 摘 要： | 邓小平同志发展高科技战略的思想 ,既有深厚的理论根据 ,又具有特别重大的现实指导意义。为了在我国迅速发展高科技 ,迎接知识经济时代的到来 ,根据邓小平同志的论述 ,高科技的发展应坚持紧密结合经济发展实际 ,坚持创新原则 ,坚持尊重知识、尊重人才的举措 ,坚持教育优先发展战略。

| Abstract: | The strategic thinking of developing hi-tech put forth by Deng Xiaoping has solid theoretical basis and great instructive significance.To develop hi-tech rapidly and meet the age of intellectual economy,according to Deng Xiaoping,we must adhere to the principle of combining the development of hi-tech with that of economy.Sticking to the principle of innovation,we must show respect for knowledge and talented personnel and give priority to the development of education. |
