"依法治党"辨析

"依法治党"的提法,指"以党规党法治党",或指"以党规党法、宪法和法律治党",或指"以法律治党".这3种提法均不科学.原因在于其对党的领导的性质、内容和领导方式,法的含义,依法治国的本质,党的领导与依法治国的关系等,缺乏正确的认识;在某种程度上将党的领导内容简约化,党的领导方式单一化,法的含义扩大化,法治绝对化,党的领导与依法治国的关系片面化.
