多效唑和苯磺隆对草坪除草控苗技术研究

摘    要:通过对山西农业大学草坪的调查,设计草坪除草控苗技术试验方案。采用二因素随机区组试验设计,研究了多效唑和苯磺隆混配对草坪草的除草控苗效果。通过对杂草株数,草坪草株高,单株重,叶绿素含量等生理指标的测定,分析探讨了除草剂(苯磺隆)与植物生长调节剂(多效唑)混用对草坪除草控苗效果。结果表明:多效唑可以在降低草坪草株高的同时,促进其叶绿素的合成。苯磺隆可以有效去除草坪中的杂草。试验中,多效唑与苯磺隆组合的最佳配比剂量,分别是多效唑0.3 g/m2,苯磺隆0.03 g/m2。

Abstract:By surveying lawn of Shanxi Agricultural University,experimental program of weeding and controlling seeding growth in the lawn was designed.Two factors randomized block design test was used to study the effect of the mixtures of MET and Tribenuron-methyl on weeding and controlling seedlings growth.The number of weeds,turf grass plant height and weight,chlorophyll content,and other physiological indicators were investigated to study the mixture effect the herbicide Tribenuron-methyl and plant growth regulator MET.The results showed: MET could reduce the turf grass height and promote their chlorophyll synthesis.Tribenuron-methyl could effectively weed in the lawn.In this experiment,the optimum mixture ratio was MET 0.3g/m2,Tribenuron-methyl 0.03 g/m2.
