| 摘 要： | 探讨了现代商法的基本原则的内涵及意义 ,指出商法的原则集中体现了商事立法的宗旨与价值追求 ,是传统商法实践的历史积淀与现代商法发展总体趋势的法律反映 ,可将之归纳为营利性原则与互惠性原则 ,并在此基础上探讨了商法原则与民法、经济法原则之间的互动关系。
