| 摘 要： | 中国职业教育在经历了二十多年的快速发展后,遇到了前所未有的困难,问题的根源是职业教育作为一种特殊的经济现象的基本属性一直没有得到明确,相应的制度安排出现了偏差.本文分析了中国职业教育"市场化"制度变迁失败的原因,提出了中国职业教育民营化的制度安排.

| Abstract: | The origin of Chinese predicament in vocational education is that the base attribute that vocational education is one kind of peculiar economic phenomenon is not always clear and pertinent system is falsely constituted.The paper has analysed the unsuccessful cause that Chinese market-oriented system changed in vocational education,put forward the system arrangement that Chinese vocational education should privatize. |
