农林院校产学研结合问题探讨

产学研结合是高等教育体制改革的重要举措。农林院校实施产学研结合,是农业教育面向社会、面向“三农”、面向经济建设主战场的必然选择。由于我国社会、经济、教育以及农业发展的复杂性、多样性和地区差异,使得农林院校在产学研结合的方式方法上,始终存在着如何适应社会和进一步改革创新的问题。正确认识产学研结合在新时期的涵义和意义,探索其基本类型、规律、运行机制和模式等,对合并型高校及农林院校进行产学研结合的实践具有一定现实意义。

On Certain Questions about Combination of Teaching,Research and Service in Agricultural Universities

It is one of the major measures in the reform of higher education system to promote combination of teaching, research and service. Such a combination is an inevitable choice for agricultural universities so as to better serve the society, the economic construction and, in particular, the agriculture, rural area and farmers. Because of the complication and diversification of social, economic, educational and agricultural development, as well as variation among different areas, the models and methods many agricultural universities use for the combination require to be reformed in order to meet the actual needs. It is practically important to conduct research on the models, types, laws and operational mechanism of the combination.
