| 摘 要： | 作为高等教育大众化载体的高校的发展状况和势头是不平衡的 ,存在明显的强势、优势和弱势之分。科学认识“弱势高校”的内涵、特点、表现 ,准确把握它们在大众化趋势中的相对优势和发展机遇 ,着力提升“弱势高校”的品质 ,是高校的改革发展和高等教育大众化的重要课题。

| Abstract: | As the carriers of higher education popularization, the state of development of universities is uneven. It has obvious differences of superiority advantage and disadvantage and tendency. To rationally realize the connotation, characteristics of weak universitios, we should accurately hold their relative advantage and opportunity of development in popular trendsso as to promote the quality of "weak universities". It is an important subject for universities' development reformation and higher education popularization. |
