| 摘 要： | 从分析政府信息公开的必要性入手,在对国内外政府信息公开的法律制度进行分析比较的基础上,研究如何从法律的角度保证政府信息公开的落实,从多个方面入手,构建了一个较为完整的政府信息公开的法律框架.

| Abstract: | From the analysis of the necessity of the government information publicity and the analysis and comparison of the legal system of the government information publicity both at home and abroad, a study has been made concerning how to ensure to put into practice the government information publicity from the perspective of law. Finally, a law of framework for the comparatively complete government information publicity is constructed from a number of aspects. |
