| 摘 要： | 目前 ,我国民营企业无论从规模到质量都有了很大发展。但与一些大企业相比 ,民营企业普遍存在技术创新能力不强问题 ,其中支持技术创新的资金来源不足 ,民营企业技术、人才、信息等匮乏 ,民营企业业主有短期行为等最为明显。为此 ,民营企业必须选择适合的技术创新方法和策略 ,并针对不同市场、不同技术领域进行技术创新 ,以此增强民营企业的经济实力 ,最终使民营企业得到不断发展。

| Abstract: | We made great progress in the scale and quality of enterprises of the non-public sector, but we still face the problems not to have great ability of technical innovation. We must choose the proper ways and tacties of technical innovation and innovate in view of different markets and technical areas so that enterprises of the non-public sector will be rapidly going from strength to strength. |
