解读人民监督员制度之"五种情形"监督

要使《最高人民检察院关于人民监督员监督"五种情形"的实施规则(试行)》落到实处,使"五种情形"的监督收到实效,首先,要正确理解和把握《实施规则》的精神和内涵,领会其具体详细的监督内容和科学合理的监督程序;其次,要积极探索有效途经和渠道发现"五种情形"案件;再次,要提高认识,转变观念,真诚对待人民监督员的监督和提问。

Interpretations of Supervising on "Five Circumstances"

In order to standardize and perpect the system of people's supervisors,on November 23rd,2005,Supreme People's Procuratorate laid down Supreme People's Procuratorate's Regulation of Enforcement about People's Supervisors Who Supervise on "Five Circumstances".(which is called Regulation of Enforcement for short).In order to carry out Regulation of Enforcement and supervise on "five circumstances" successfully,we must do the following things.First,we must comprehend and grasp the spirit and intension of Regulation of Enforcement correctly,and we must understand the content and procedure of surpervising.Second,we must seek valid ways to find law cases of "five circumstances".Third,we must enhance our understanding,shift our concept,and deal with the supervising and questions of people's supervisors sincerely.
