论当代大学新生的适应教育

大学一年级是大学生活中的不适应期 ,故需进行适应教育。大学新生适应教育的实质 ,是大学新生心理行为与其所处教育环境的关系问题 ,首要课题是进行适应方式的转换 ,即从单纯适应方式转换为适应———超越方式。教育内容有其自成一脉的科学体系。目标是让全体大学新生都学会适应 ,让每一个大学新生都学会全面适应。大学生理想的实现 ,大学理想的实现 ,国家和社会理想的实现 ,也都需要大学新生积极接受适应教育

On the Education of Adaptability for Current Freshmen

The education of adaptability for the freshmen is necessary, for they just begin their college life and need to be some time before they get used to it during the first year of college. The essence of the adaptability education for the freshmen is the relationship between their psychological behavior and their educational environment. The key subject is to help them have the shift in the way of their adaptability, that is, from the shift in the simple way of adaptability to surmounting way. The content of the shift has its scientific system formed in its own way. The goal is to let everyone of them adapt himself or herself into the new college life, to adapt himself or herself into everything he or she might come across. The education of adaptability is also necessary in the realization of their ideals, the realization of their college education, and the realization of the national and social ideals as well.
