| 摘 要： | 以十六大精神指导少数民族地区农村基层工作,是新时期对民族工作提出的新要求。为此,少数民族地区农村基层工作要把贯彻"三个代表"作为各项工作的出发点,要把大力发展经济,提高农民收入作为建设少数民族地区小康社会的重要内容。

| Abstract: | In the new period, the work related to ethnic groups needs new requirements, that is, the spirit of CPC Sixteenth National Congress is the guidance of the grass-roots work in the minority-inhabited countryside. The focus of building a well-off society in the minority regions is on the development of economy and the increase of the farmers' income. |
