| 摘 要： | 使股份制成为公有制的主要实现形式是我党认识不断深化的结果;股份制的性质取决于它是在什么所有制基础上组建的,股份制只是公有制实现形式多样性中的一种主要实现形式,并不是惟一的实现形式;积极推行公有制的多种实现形式,大力发展混合所有制经济,使股份制成为公有制的主要实现形式.
