| 摘 要： | WTO保障措施全称为“免受进口损害的保障措施”。近几年保障措施案件持续快速增长 ,中国已成为其受害国。加入WTO后 ,更多的国家可能会针对中国产品实施保障措施。中国应采取的对策 :1 .认真研究并运用法律保护我国的合法权益 ;2 .开通信息渠道 ,建立预警机制 ;3 .尽快建立健全运用保障措施的有效机制

| Abstract: | WTO Protecting Measures is known in full as "Protecting Measures for Freedom from Damages of Imports". Recent years have seen the rapid and continuous increase of cases of protecting measures and China has become its victim. With China's entry into the WTO, more countries will possibly take protecting measures directed to the Chinese products. The countermeasures that China should take are: 1. study carefully and make use of laws to protect our legal rights and interests, 2. open the information channels, 3 . establish and strengthen the effective mechanism of applying protecting measures. |
