| 摘 要： | 高校老乡会是高校中客观存在的非正式群体,对高校整体工作,特别是学生工作具有双向作用.文章对高校老乡会的现状以及特点进行分析和阐述,权衡利弊,提出了挖掘老乡会的知识传播功能、增强老乡会的"群体凝聚力"、增强党团组织和班级等正式组织的效用、发挥老乡会的沟通作用以及引导老乡会健康发展的对策.

| Abstract: | Fellow-townsman party is an objective informal group in colleges and universities,which has double impacts on the whole campus work especially the students affairs.This paper analyzes and elaborates the present situation and feature of the fellow-townsman party,then puts forward some educational and useful suggestions,such as digging the character of spreading knowledge of the group,reinforcing the group cohesiveness,toning up the function of formal groups,such as party and class group,encouraging their communication function,and lead the fellowtownsman party to develop soundly. |
