| 摘 要： | 花香菇是香菇生长发育到幼菇阶段在强光、干燥、低温的环境条件下,菌盖囊皮细胞与菌盖内细胞发育失衡而形成的.要培育出优质花菇,关键是在幼菇发育阶段控制调整温度、湿度、光照和空气.

| Abstract: | Under strong light,dry atmosphere,low temperature conditions lentinus can turn into colred lentinus edoes because of the broken balance of the cells growth in pileus and cuticles.The hinge of high quality colored leutinus edoes formation lies in adjusting the temperature,humidity,illumination and air conditions in young stage. |
